What you will find

- Vendors: growers who want a spot should email BCPlantAffair@gmail.com.
Where the money goes
The Plant Affair is a fundraiser for the Plantation Historical Society, a 501(c)(3) that has supported the Plantation Historical Museum since 1974. It also pays for the Betty Cobb Scholarship, given to a high school senior each year since 2017 in memory of the sale’s founder.
The sale began in the 1990s as part of an antique festival at the War Memorial in Fort Lauderdale and later became its own event, the society says. It was once a yearly sale before moving to its current spring and fall schedule.
