Freebee, the city’s free on-demand ride service, covers the east side, bounded by State Road 84, State Road 7, Sunrise Boulevard and Pine Island Road, which takes in Broward Mall, Plantation Walk and the Fountains on University Drive. Book in the Freebee app or call 855-918-3733. Plantation Walk says its parking is free. The city had posted no Black Friday traffic plan as of Oct. 10; road work that could slow University Drive or Broward Boulevard is on our road construction page.
