How we made this list. The places come from OpenStreetMap records inside Plantation’s city limits, the same records that feed our local directory, checked against each place’s own website on 2026-10-11. We added places the map missed from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation’s restaurant inspection records, and confirmed each on its own site. We left out mapped places that have no current state inspection record and no Plantation page of their own. The list is alphabetical. It is not a ranking or a recommendation, and nobody paid to be on it. A place can write to us to correct its entry.
