Plantation Preserve Golf Course and Club
The restaurant at the city-owned golf club, 7050 W. Broward Blvd., has what the city calls a panoramic view over the whole course. From the city’s restaurant page:

Tacocraft, a modern taqueria at 301 N. Crack’d Kitchen and Coffee, Plantation Walk

Plantation Diner
The Plantation Diner describes itself as a neighborhood diner serving “breakfast anytime”: pancakes, waffles, made-to-order omelets and corned beef hash, plus lunch and dinner. Its website has directions and online ordering; it does not post hours.
